Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pluvi (“Pluvi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Pluvi mobile application, website, public artist pages, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Information You Provide

Account information. When you create an account, we collect information such as your email address and the authentication information needed to sign you in. Authentication and account records are handled through Supabase.

Artist and profile content. We collect the information you choose to add to Pluvi, including artist names, biographies, images, music and release information, streaming links, social links, show details, merchandise links, videos, EPK materials, technical riders, stage plots, contact information, and other content you create or upload.

Communications. If you contact us, we collect the information contained in your message and any contact details you provide.

Information Collected Through Your Use of Pluvi

Usage and interaction information. Pluvi may record basic interactions needed to operate and improve the Service, including visits and clicks on Pluvi pages and links. These first-party statistics help artists understand activity on their pages.

Technical information. Pluvi and its service providers may process information such as IP address, device or browser type, operating system, app version, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. This information is used to deliver the Service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain reliability.

Local storage and session data. The Service may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and support essential functionality. Pluvi does not use this information to track you across unrelated companies’ apps or websites.

Optional Third-Party Connections

If you choose to connect or import information from a third-party service, Pluvi receives the information necessary to provide that feature. For example, connecting Spotify may allow Pluvi to receive account authorization data and music metadata made available through Spotify. You can stop future access by disconnecting the integration where available or revoking Pluvi’s access through the third-party service.

Links to services such as streaming, ticketing, social, or merchandise platforms may take you outside Pluvi. Those companies process information under their own privacy policies.

Subscriptions and Purchase Information

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pluvi does not receive your complete payment-card details. Apple and RevenueCat may provide Pluvi with purchase-related information such as product purchased, transaction or receipt identifiers, subscription status, renewal status, trial eligibility, and entitlement status so we can unlock and manage paid features.

Public Content

Content you publish to a public Pluvi artist or release page is intended to be publicly accessible and may be viewed, copied, shared, or indexed by others. Do not publish information you want to keep private. You can edit or remove published content through Pluvi, although copies previously saved or shared by others may remain outside our control.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and maintain accounts; provide editing, publishing, import, analytics, subscription, and support features; display content you choose to publish; authenticate users; process and verify entitlements; secure the Service; investigate misuse; diagnose technical issues; communicate with you; comply with legal obligations; and improve Pluvi.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as reasonably necessary for the following purposes:

Service providers. We use providers that process information on our behalf, including Supabase for authentication, databases, and storage; Netlify for hosting and delivery of web content and public pages; RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management; Apple for App Store distribution, authentication or purchase processing where applicable; and Spotify when you choose to use Spotify-connected features.

Content you publish. Information you choose to make public is shared with visitors to your public Pluvi pages.

Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid governmental requests; enforce our Terms; detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or protect the rights, safety, and property of Pluvi, our users, or others.

Business transfers. If Pluvi is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain account information and user content while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service. After account deletion, information is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, financial records, or backup integrity. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You can review and update much of your account and artist content directly in Pluvi. You can choose what to publish, remove public content, disconnect optional integrations, manage device permissions through your device settings, and manage App Store subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a privacy request, email hello@pluvi.to. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Account and Data Deletion

You can initiate deletion from within the Pluvi app using the Delete Account option in account settings. Deleting your account removes access to the account and begins deletion of associated account data and user content, subject to the limited retention described above. Deleting a Pluvi account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions must be canceled separately through Apple.

Children’s Privacy

Pluvi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Pluvi, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

International Processing

Pluvi and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Pluvi changes. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Your continued use of the Service after an update means the revised policy applies to your future use.
